Mary Kate Olsen in '09

Neither of the twins (especially Ashley, unfortunately) have made many appearances so far in 2009.


MK at the 2009 Tribeca Film Festival Program Party on March 27th (left) and attending the Metropolitan Opera's 125th Anniversary Gala on March 15th:
both outfits swamp her (not unusual for MK), and her makeup on the right makes her look close to death (again, not uncommon for her)



At the 2009 Film Independent Spirit Awards:

This (Balmain dress and Proenza Schouler shoes) is, imo, one of her best outfits for a long time. I would adore the dress if only it didn't have the shoulder pads.

    I must say I love her deathly looking makeup for the Metropolitan Opera's. And shoulder pads are making quite the comback, you can be sure to see them more in the near future.

    I love her dress at the 2009 Film Independent Spirit Awards.
    I agree with you though, it would have looked even better without the shoulder pads.
